Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment, the remaining appointment time will be allotted to complete your treatment. Modifications will be made to ensure you still receive the best treatment possible. (ie. You have an hour appointment, but you are 10 minutes late, your treatment will now be 50 minutes long.) This is to ensure that we respect the next client’s appointment as well as the esthetician’s schedule.
We require a credit card number to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged until after your service. If you need to cancel your appointment or to reschedule your appointment, you must give us 24 hours notice by phone call. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of that service(s). If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If you are experiencing an emergency then we will try to assist you as best as we can, however, it will be at our discretion whether a fee is applied or not.
In order to ensure that we maintain the tranquil environment for all our clients, an adult must accompany guests under the age of 16. At no point shall children under the age of 12 be left unattended, if required, you may need to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible. If you need to undress for your treatment, we will leave the room and provide you with a wrap and sheets for you to cover yourself before we re-enter the room. At no point will we ask you to remove your undergarments, the removal of your bra will be at your discretion and comfort level. Please communicate any uncomfortable situations with us and it will be discussed in privacy.
